A Community of Conviction

Arrested for proclaiming the resurrection, Peter and John would not be silenced. From Acts 4:1–31, Pastor Aaron shows that in a culture that welcomes opinions but discourages conviction, a community of conviction believes Jesus is worth speaking about, reflects the presence of Jesus so others can tell we've been with Him, and depends on God's power through prayer. The early church didn't pray for easier circumstances. They prayed for boldness, and God filled them with His Spirit to speak His word boldly.
